This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, process, store, share and disclose your personal information on the RClarity website located at https://www.rclarity.com/ (the “Website”), the RClarity mobile application, the RClarity web application located at www.rclarity.com (the mobile and web apps together, the “Platform”), and in providing the services related to our Website and Platform enabling businesses to find and manage leads (collectively with the Website and Platform, the “Services”). We automatically collect metadata and analytics for your use of our Services, including IP address, device information, operating system, browser information, domain server, precise geolocation, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages.

6. Use of Cookies And Similar Tracking Technologies

  We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please ask a parent or guardian for help in using our Services.
