Thank you for taking the time to read the Resource Holdings Corp. dba RClarity. (“RClarity”, we”, “our”,  or “us”) privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, process, store, share and disclose your personal information on the RClarity website located at https://www.rclarity.com/ (the “Website”), the RClarity mobile application, the RClarity web application located at www.rclarity.com (the mobile and web apps together, the “Platform”), and in providing the services related to our Website and Platform enabling businesses to find and manage leads (collectively with the Website and Platform, the “Services”). By accessing and using our Website, Platform, or Services you freely and expressly consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Our Platform provided to businesses to enable the businesses to find and manage marketing leads. We may collect personal information when businesses:

    • Photos, videos or recordings of your organization or products.

  • Survey Data. We may collect information that you volunteer in a survey or when you otherwise comment or provide feedback. 

  • Information from your inquiries into our services. We collect your information when you inquire into our Services, when you otherwise indicate you may be interested in our Services, which may include providing us with your name, work email, phone number, company name, position title, website, social media links, and time zone

  • Data you otherwise provide. We collect any other information you provide.


2.2. Information we automatically collect
 

  • Metadata. We automatically collect metadata and analytics for your use of our Services, including IP address, device information, operating system, browser information, domain server, precise geolocation, date/time of visits, new or returning visits, products viewed, page response times, URL clickstreams, how long you stay on our pages, what you do on those pages.

We collect information from third parties such as:

  • Mobile apps.

    • Process payments on our Platform. Our payment processing partner Quickbooks collects your voluntarily-provided payment card information necessary to process your payment.

  • Analytics Partners. These are partners that help us analyze how you use our Website and Platform specifically, and our Services, generally. 

  • Advertising Partners. We sell and share your information to place ads on our Platform and for advertising on third party platforms. These advertising partners include:

    • Ad networks.

    • Social Media Networks.

    • Data brokers.

    • Marketing Providers

    • Cookie Providers.

6. Use of Cookies And Similar Tracking Technologies

Like many companies, we use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, clear gifs, web beacons, tags, and similar technologies) to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, analyze trends, learn about our user base, operate and improve our Services, and for serving targeted ads on and off our Platform.
 

We may also supplement the information we collect from you with information received from third parties, including third parties that have placed their own Cookies on your device(s), such as Google LLC (“Google”) or Audience Lab. Please note that because of our use of Cookies, the Services do not support “Do Not Track” requests sent from a browser at this time.

    Even if we delete some or all of your personal information, we may continue to retain and use aggregate or anonymous data previously collected and/or anonymize or aggregate your Personal Information. Please note that we will not be liable for disclosures of your data due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties.

  • Opt Out of Sale. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 

  • Opt Out of Targeted Advertising (or ‘Share’) Using Your Personal Information. Some of the cookies placed on our website may be used for targeted advertising and constitute a ‘share’. You can opt out of such cookies via our Cookie Preference Center.

  • Sensitive Personal Information. We may collect precise geolocation of users who use our Platform on their mobile app. 

  • Nondiscrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

    9.2. Appeal

    If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal that decision by emailing us at privacy@rclarity.com. We will respond to your appeal within a reasonable time. If you are still unsatisfied with our response, you may have the right to file a complaint with your state attorney general.

    9.3. Controller/Business Designation

    We operate as a Controller and a Business under US state privacy laws.

    10. Children’s Privacy

    We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please ask a parent or guardian for help in using our Services. If you believe we have obtained personal information associated with children under the age of 16, please contact us at privacy@rclarity.com and we will delete it.  

    11. Third-Party Links On Our Services

    Our Services may contain links to other websites or services. We do not exercise control over the information you provide, or is collected by these third party websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.

    12. Changes To This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a “Last Updated” effective date of the revisions. We encourage you to look for updates and changes to this Privacy Policy by checking this page when you access our Services.
